Just as people explore the world around us (climbing mountains, hiking through deserts, and scuba diving in our oceans) meditators explore their inner landscape (their body, mind, emotions, spirit) using spiritual tools or focus points. There are thousands of ways to meditate but here at inBody Dimension we like to keep things simple. We focus on 12 basic tools that promotes personal boundaries.
